What does a House Manager Do?
Our housing manager ensures there is on site support from Monday to Thursday between the hours of 8am and 2pm.
They have a central office in the main building where access to the from the building is monitored.
They are here to help with any site issues, complaints or concerns from our residents and support the committee in addressing repairs and residents concerns by working with the committee chair and committee members.
The housing manager ensures the commitee meeting minutes are shared with residents and they are a central location for residents to purchase washing tokens or ask questions about the community and events,
